You should have received your Member ID from either the approval screen when the order was made or in the email confirmation sent to you immediately after submitting your order. You should always maintain a record of your Member ID and should use this number in any correspondence with a customer service representative. Can I get information on the membership that I purchased? Yes. The confirmation receipt will contain all membership access information, the name of the billing company and customer support contacts. I did not receive a sales confirmation email. Why?
