You can solve many common viewing problems by upgrading your browser to the latest version of that browser. -Internet Explorer users can go here to update their browser -Internet Explorer Update If you continue to have troubles with Internet Explorer there are several other browsers that are very good. -Firefox is an excellent browser that can be downloaded for free from here -Mozilla Firefox -Netscape is a longstanding, famous and well regarded browser that is free from here -Netscape Navigator -Opera is a smaller company but they offer a quality product free from here -Opera Browser Are you having problems playing videos on your computer? Viewing videos or other files should never be any trouble. Here is a helpful guide on how to fix viewing issues. If you are having trouble viewing a video then 9 out of 10 times the problem is that you do not have the right codec (compression/decompression) on your computer. Other possibilities include an outdated player. Follow this guide but if you are still having problems then please contact Customer Service so that we can help you. Playing videos may require the installation of the appropriate codec. Below are 2 codecs which will help to play these video files. We recommend that you download and install both. DivX Codec 1236 Codec Windows Media Player should be able to play after you download and install both of the above codecs packs. Another possible trouble spot may be an outdated version of Windows Media Player.
