Firewalls - Some Internet Service Providers (ISP) setup firewalls to block UDP packets. If you are having trouble accessing some parts of the site then your ISP may be using some form of Firewall. Please contact them for solutions to this problem.

Enabling Java - Some part of this site require java to be enabled, below are instructions for enabling Java:

Internet Explorer 4.x and Up
  • Click "Tools" --> "Internet Options"
  • Select the Advanced Tab, and scroll down to "Java "
  • Check the box next to the Java version
  • Next, select the Security Tab, and select the "Custom Level" button
  • Scroll down to "Scripting of Java applets"
  • Make sure the "Enable" radio button is checked.
  • Click OK to save your preference.
Mozilla Firefox 1.x and Up
  • From the menu bar, choose Edit --> Preferences
  • Select the Advanced category
  • Check the box labeled "Enable Java"
  • Click OK to save your preference.
Google Chrome
  • Plug-ins are enabled by default. If plug-ins are enabled and Google Chrome detects a missing plug-in for a webpage, it’ll prompt you to install the plug-in at the top of webpage
  • Click the Install plug-in button to download the plug-in. The download occurs and installs silently in the background. Once the plug-in is installed, the webpage reloads to display properly. To dismiss the message, click the x icon at the end of the bar.
Opera 1.x and Up
  • Click "Tools" --> "Preferences"
  • In the "Preferences" box click the "Advanced" tab
  • Within the "Advanced" tab click "Content"
  • Check the box next to "Enable Java" and click "OK"


Enabling JavaScript - Some part of this site require java to be enabled, below are instructions for enabling Java:

Internet Explorer 4.x and Up
  • Go to 'Tools' on the task bar and click on it.
  • Select the 'Internet Options' heading.
  • Locate the tab labeled 'Advanced' and click on it.
  • Scroll through the list of settings until you see the 'Java' category.
  • Use your mouse to place a check in the box beside the only setting option under 'Java.' This setting option is 'Use JRE 1.5.0_05.'
  • Click 'OK.'
  • Re-start your computer. Your computer must be re-started in order for the change you just made to take effect.
Mozilla Firefox 1.x and Up
  • Locate the top menu bar. Click Tools.
  • Select Options.
  • Click the Content icon.
  • View the list of checkboxes. Make sure the 'Enable JavaScript' box is checked.
  • Click the 'Advanced' button. A drop-down menu will appear.
  • Use this menu to configure JavaScript according to your preferences. Select the checkboxes for the actions you want to allow scripts to perform. Click 'OK' once you are done.
  • Close the Options box by clicking on 'OK' for Windows systems, or closing the box for Mac users. JavaScript will now be enabled.
Google Chrome
  • TO enable Javascript on chrome just visit this link in the Chrome browser Enable Javascript
  • And click the link which says "Javascript for Google Chrome detecting & Enable javascript in Google Chrome".
Opera 1.x and Up
